Dj Slam
DJ Slam is Declan Smith, who began DJing in 1992 and became a resident at United Dance in 1993, playing alongside Slipmatt and Vibes; he also owned the Vinyl Rhythm record shop in Chelmsford, Essex (est. 1993). From 1994 he taught himself production, influenced by Ruff Driverz's Bradley Carter, and is known for hardcore anthems including 'Revelation' and 'Influence', later moving into drum & bass, garage and R&B. He has played UK raves including Dreamscape, Fusion, Helter Skelter, World Dance, Labrynth and United Dance, and toured the US, Germany, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Ireland and Wales.
Dj Vibes
DJ Vibes is a pioneering happy hardcore DJ with a career spanning over 21 years, best known as one half of Vibes & Wishdokta (formed 1993), who worked across breakbeat hardcore, happy hardcore and jungle with releases including 'Smiling' and 'Feel Good / Midsummer Mist'. His production partner Wishdokta is Grant Nelson (born April 1971, London), also celebrated as the 'Godfather of UK Garage'.
Doc Scott
Scott McIlroy (b. 1971), British drum and bass DJ/producer who founded influential label 31 Records in 1994, home to seminal track 'Shadow Boxing'.
Dolphin
Veteran UK hardcore techno DJ/producer active since the early 1990s (aligned with Helter Skelter, Dreamscape and North); opened 3rd Planet Records in 1994 and later founded the Komplex Kommunications label in 2011.

Donovan Smith
Donovan 'Bad Boy' Smith, early UK breakbeat hardcore/jungle radio DJ with residencies at Fantazia, the Astoria, Busby's, the Gardening Club and Club Da Da; earlier spun under pseudonyms 'The Baron', 'Don the Glove' and 'Quick Eddie'.
Dougal
DJ Dougal (Paul Arnold Clarke, b. 1975, Northampton), longest-running happy hardcore DJ in the scene, broke out at Dreamscape's 1993 New Year's Eve rave, voted UK's #1 Hardcore DJ 1994; co-founded the Essential Platinum label with Hixxy.
Dr S Gachet
Seminal UK jungle/drum and bass DJ since the early 1990s, resident at Camden Palace, Lazerdome, The Rocket and Sterns (1990-94), then AWOL nights at Paradise Club/Ministry of Sound alongside Randall, Micky Finn, Kenny Ken and Darren Jay; founder of Audio Maze and Johnny Biscuit labels; guest-hosted BBC Radio 1's 'One in the Jungle'.
