SeOne was a legendary 3,000-capacity superclub located in the railway arches beneath London Bridge station (41–43 St Thomas Street), operating as a cornerstone of the capital's electronic music and rave scene from 2002 to 2010.
Before becoming a licensed venue, the space underneath the London Bridge arches operated informally as a daytime car park and a hotspot for illegal underground parties run by squatters.
In the late 1990s, the space was formalised into a rudimentary legal venue known as The Drome, quickly establishing a reputation for gritty, stripped-back rave culture.
Following redevelopment, the venue relaunched in 2002 as SeOne, billing itself at the time as London's biggest nightclub. It featured industrial aesthetics, massive multi-room capacity, and mandatory Clubscan ID security systems.
Spiritual Home of Raindance: The venue became famously intertwined with seminal promoters like Raindance, hosting massive multi-room events catering to breakbeat hardcore, jungle, happy hardcore, drum and bass, and classic house.
It stood out during the 2000s as one of the few large-scale commercial spaces in central London dedicated to authentic underground drum and bass and hard dance events on its landmark Saturday nights.
Hit hard by the late-2000s economic recession and increasing challenges filling its enormous capacity outside of peak Saturdays, SeOne officially closed its doors on 22 February 2010.
The space briefly reopened as a live music and club venture called Debut London later in 2010 before shutting down permanently.
The historic arches were subsequently cleared and demolished as part of the broader London Bridge station redevelopment project.
